Labor Day Tweet A Thon

I wasn't sure I should sign up for the telesummit. I wasn't sure I could afford it, and I wasn't sure I'd learn much. I applied some of what I learned to a proposal for a major non-fiction project, using some of Bill Baron's ideas in my vision statement, many of Charlie Gilkey's in getting my sample chapter written, and a handful of Molly's in staying on top of everything--and I got the gig. For me, the 2010 Self Employment Telesummit will have paid for itself many times over.

FABULOUS! This is definitely what I've needed. I love that you are talking about self-employment rather than business owner or small business. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is self-employed or thinking of the possibility of it.

I feel like I got so much from all of the presenters. One thing that came across globally is the permission to be real, to be human. I don't have to know it all and that's so okay. I felt like I got something so practical and usable out of every presentation.

I've had a real tendency to get an "inspired idea" and then sit on it until is disappears. (I'm sure this has never happened to anyone else ;) ). Now I'm getting up and doing it!
